About me
Hi! I'm Virginie Salvan.
After teaching English for more than 20 years, I decided to give my career a new direction by creating my own coaching business (in languages). Passionate about Anglo-Saxon culture and human connection, I have always been committed to building bridges between people and cultures.
Through enriching encounters and real-life experiences with English speakers who had settled in my region, I became aware of the challenges they were facing: administrative procedures, language barriers, integration into local life.
That is why I chose to specialise in supporting the integration of English speakers either living or planning to live in France.
My goal is simple: to make your settlement easier and help you find your place in France, by combining French lessons, administrative support, and cultural discovery.
Moving to France should be exciting, not overwhelming. I will make your journey easier and more enjoyable !
Services
The first appointment is ALWAYS FREE. It is a chance to have a friendly and relaxed first meeting to see how we can work together, and to evaluate your needs.
Appointments are available either in person (31230 Anan, Saint-Gaudens) or online (video call).
French Language Coaching
→ I offer sessions that are tailored to your needs and in accordance with your goals. With me, you will learn and practice French in a friendly, flexible, and personalised way.

Administrative Support
→ I offer assistance with administrative paperwork: e.g. healthcare registration, taxes, social security, visas, car registration, utilities, banking, insurance, school registration and more.
First Step Package 80 €:
Understand exactly where to start and in what order to complete the procedures.
- 1 session of 60 minutes (online or in person).
- Explanation of the priority administrative procedures in France.
- Personalised checklist depending on your situation.
Standard Package – “Settle in Smoothly” 500 €
Settle in France with peace of mind, with the basic administrative foundations already in place.
- Number of sessions depending on needs and administrative processing time
- Facilitate procedures
- Guidance and explanation of administration procedures
- Clarifying documents: explaining official letters, contracts, and forms so you fully understand them
- Assistance with forms: checking everything is completed correctly
- Providing resources: giving links and contacts to make each step easier!
- Follow-up support: available by email or phone between sessions to answer questions, check progress, and troubleshoot problems until the procedures are successfully completed.
Premium Package – “Full Integration” 800 €
With this comprehensive package, have all administrative procedures handled without stress, with personalised follow-ups and appointment attendance.

- Personalised guidance on all complex administrative procedures
- Step-by-step explanations of each process, including timelines, documents needed, and what to expect
- Document assistance: fill out forms, checking for accuracy, and preparing all necessary supporting documents
- Practical preparation for official appointments
- Continuous support: available by email or phone between sessions for support, clarifications or emergencies
- Tracking progress: ensuring very procedure is moving forward until it is successfully completed

This French coaching helped me to gain confidence in my ability to speak and understand the language.
